NO.474-【獵頭職位：深圳需要一位 Test Engineer】聯(lián)系人：Lincy-Cao,郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位了！打開(kāi)手機(jī)微信，搜號(hào)碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號(hào)“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關(guān)注！ Job Description: l Overall 2 Responsible for post silicon validation- Wafer and Package level 2 New product Test development plans and execution for qualification of new products 2 Test time & Yield analysis 2 Failure analysis driven root cause identification and fix implementation 2 Post-silicon validation / characterization - Product characterization on ATE and bench across process corners. 2 Responsible for overseeing product reliability stresses as well as new package qualification stresses and test results. l Hardware 2 Provide a schematic and layout input to CAD engineers who develop Probe and Final Test loadboards. l Software 2 Test program and flow development – Creating the test baseline and test code development and qualification Job Requirement: l Experience 2 Candidate should have minimum 8-10 years’ experience in semi-conductor testing 2 Experience in developing the test programs in ATE environment for mixed signal devices 2 Strong working experience in Advantest/Verigy 93K/Uflex or any ATE Tester 2 Experience on analog and mixed-signal ATE platforms: ETS-300/88/364, Teradyne J750/J750HD/UltraFlex, Nextest Maverick/Magnum, Xcerra D10/DiamondX 2 First silicon verification and debug of Mixed Signal devices using ATE tools and bench equipment l Knowledge 2 Understanding of DFT, BIST, SCAN, Statistical Process Control, and test limit guard banding methodology. 2 Sound knowledge on Digital, Mixed signal test methodologies 2 Knowledge on Device Characterization and tester to tester correlation 2 Knowledge on ATE hardware design (load board & probe card), PCB design tools and Signal Integrity analysis 2 Knowledge on data extraction tool like Perl , Data power and programming language C and C++ or tools like JMP and Spotfire 2 Knowledge on bench testing and high speed digital testing will be an added advantage l Others 2 Ability in Customer/Design Team communication and interaction with fluency in English 2 Able to initiate and execute projects independently and should be a team player 2 Willingness to travel (for up to two weeks 2-4 times a year). 福利：五險(xiǎn)一金 帶薪年假 員工福利
